Medicare will reimburse your podiatrist at the standard rate of 80 % of the allowed amount with the remainder payable by your supplemental insurance policy. In the event you do not carry supplemental insurance, the balance would be considered patient responsibility.

How do I take advantage of this program?

Call us to make an appointment for your diabetic foot care; we handle the rest! We will measure your feet for proper sizing and order your shoes for you. We also take care of all documentation required from your primary care physician to ensure program compliance.
